Are all items available in
different materials and finishes?

Most
items are only available in the specified material. However, you can
request information on any alternate materials and finishes with your
inquiry. Special surface finishes for ceramics are only available on
select items, listed on this website in red text.

Can I request a custom-produced
item?

Yes,
a custom manufactured item can be requested. However, we require a
significant quantity commitment to begin new production. For most
ceramic items, we require a minimum order for 250 pieces to begin new production. Custom produced items also require additional time for
delivery.

Is
there a minimum order amount?

Yes,
there is. The minimum order amount depends on whether you are ordering
domestically or internationally:
Domestic Orders: $50.00
International Orders: $75.00

How
will my order be shipped?

For
most orders, we ship by UPS Ground. Other options can be accommodated
upon request (other carriers, expedited services, etc).

long will it take before my order is received?
|

We
can provide a delivery estimate when your order is placed. Items from
stock ship within 2 business days. For most items, if the item is not in
stock there is a 3-4 week delay while the item is re-stocked or
manufactured. Custom orders may incur a longer delivery time.

Can I
request samples?

Samples can be requested, but we can only send samples with a $5 maximum
value. For items valued higher, they may require a purchase.

Does
Eldon offer price breaks for higher quantities ordered?

In
many cases, yes. Eldon offers discounts for many items as higher
quantities are ordered. Please inquire when you place your order or
quotation request.

Can I
request a published price list?

Eldon
does not have a published price list. This is due to our large number of
items, and the different pricing structures for quantities. Please
request a price quotation for specific items using our online quote
request form, and be sure to specify possible quantities.

Eldon have an agent in Canada?
|

At
this time, we do not have an agent in Canada. Customers in Canada may
inquire and order directly with Eldon without an agent.

Can I
request a salesman to visit my company?
|

You
may request a salesman visit, however we cannot guarantee a salesman
will be available to visit in your area. We have salesmen who frequent
the following US States: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia,
Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. |
