The sleeve insignia worn on the Battledress Blouse by the former 7th Cameron Highlanders (5th (Scottish) Para Battalion) consisted of the PARACHUTE REGIMENT cloth shoulder titles above the "Pegasus" flash of the Airborne Divisions. Also worn on the right arm below the shoulder title was the jump wings of the Parachute Regiment. They also were issued with the distinctive maroon beret of the Airborne forces. As a further distinction, the 5th (Scottish) Para Battalion also wore a diamond of Hunting Stewart tartan behind the cap badge. Insignia worn on the Dennison smock would consist only of the jump wings and any badges of rank for NCO's (worn on the right sleeve only).
